Storage and separation solutions
Our portfolio has expanded from the small pressure vessels to the entire product range in pressure vessels & heat exchangers required by the petrochemical, fertilizer, power and process industries. We manufacture specialized equipment from various steels (duplex, super duplex, low alloy steel, carbon steel, etc.) in all range of dimensions.
Each equipment is available in a range of custom sizes and configurations, with cost-effective solutions for your specific production. All the production is done as solid handicraft work and the performance of our machines and staff is monitored on a permanent basis.
As a team, we have more than 30 years of experience and all equipment is manufactured in accordance with international certifications: ASME U stamp, PED, ISO9001, ISO14001 and others.
Products
Construction and erection of tanks, pressure vessels and columns
Our tanks can be manufactured in multiple pieces or in one piece, in our workshop (up to a capacity of 100.000 lt.) or directly at customer site. With different design and construction material depending on the product to be stored: petroleum products, vegetable oils, gaseous product, etc.
Sand traps
Our sand traps, also known as sand separators, are ASME certified and are commonly used to remove sand and other particles from the oil or gas stream that could cause damage to the shale production equipment.
Piping assemblies
Fabricated piping assemblies including a full range of components are becoming one of the Mekelec specialties. The assemblies may include both carbon steel and stainless steel piping. Valves, actuators and electrical work are frequently included in the specifications by our customers, who usually seek a full modular installation of the assembly.
